I called there to inquire about getting some steak cut so I could make beef Jerky. The guy said he would not do it for me, not even for $30/hour and then he slammed the phone down and hung up on me.... Wow did I ask if he would do it for $30/hour?? Got the same response from Butcher Boy - who actually referred me to the guy who is too good to slice meat (imagine that). I called the butcher on Rochdale Blvd and he was super nice and would do anything to make a customer happy Reccommendation: Go to Butchers Best Meats. Butcher Boy and Red Wagon obviously do not need any new customers.....
